🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth
• Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career roles
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing
• Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent
• Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
