Transition Team - Licensed Practical Nurse (Private Duty)

📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to infants, children, and adults receiving complex care at home
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing home care team
• Support the transition of care from the hospital team to home care services
• Learn to care for clients with rare and complex diseases
• Work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the BAYADA care team
• Follow a consistent schedule (day or overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday)

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
