📋 Description

• Ensure direct impact on processes to grow your area and launch new channels
• Mentoring other User Acquisition managers and leading the team in the future
• Launch and scale channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Quora, etc
• Implement growth hacking strategies to find rapid growth opportunities
• Evaluate campaign performance and monitor metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, ROI
• Conduct competitor research and analyze their advertising channels and materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience
• Practical experience in developing and running Facebook and Google ads campaigns
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV and their
• Data-driven decision-making approach and strong analytical skills
• 2+ years of management experience (bonus)
• Experience with TikTok Ads (bonus)
