UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web, iOS, and Android — from early concept and user flows
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to scope, design, and ship new features and funnels
• Design and support conversion and growth experiments (e.g., onboarding, sign-up, and checkout
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and maintain
• Contribute to and help evolve Talkspace's design system, ensuring consistency and reusability
• Support and help execute user research and usability testing; translate findings and data-driven

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer creating digital-first products (iOS, Android, and web)
• Experience designing a variety of project types and features, including but not limited to
• Experience supporting or executing user research and usability testing, and translating findings
• Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and Web standard UX/UI practices
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Sketch a plus)
