📋 Description

• Partner across departments to design and drive cultural strategy, creative thinking, and attention
• Lead the development of new cultural insights, proprietary points of view, and real-time
• Compose high-impact briefs that inspire integrated creative teams, and steer fast-paced brainstorms
• Build and own senior client and external agency relationships by attending client briefings

🎯 Requirements

• 12-20 years of experience strategically building brands at top agencies, consulting firms, or
• Strong understanding of how business strategy, digital platform behavior, and cultural intelligence
• Proven ability to move across quantitative and qualitative research tools and behavioral data
• Strategic thinking ability with a balanced analytical and creative approach to integrated marketing
• Proven leadership track record in developing talent, empowering teams, and maintaining high
• Fluent in modern communication channels, creators, and platform mechanics, and how they shape brand
