🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising, direct-response campaigns, or
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including hooks, hold rate, retention
• Experience working with DTC brands, UGC-style advertising, or similar performance-oriented formats.
• Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what feels native and engaging across Meta
• Familiarity with current advertising trends, high-performing formats, and creative patterns that
