📋 Description

• Own the quarterly earnings process, including writing the press release and script, and preparing
• Support and contribute to SEC filings and other public communications
• Plan and optimize the engagement with Datadog's existing shareholders, while targeting new ones
• Understand financial statements and performance; formulate quarterly revenue and profit guidance
• Lead our interaction with Datadog's 30+ covering sell-side research analysts, as well as analysts
• Discuss company business model, financials, product innovation, GTM efforts, market opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering; MBA, CFA, or other advanced graduate
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or equity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak confidently with executive leadership, investors, sell-side analysts, and others
• Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics drivers, dependencies, and implications for
• Ability to understand the nuances of Datadog's business model, product, and market, to distill into
