• Owns the technical architecture and execution strategy for data migrations, conversions, and

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent
• 10+ years leading data engineering, integration, or migration teams, including 5+ years in a
• Demonstrated experience designing and building data migration/conversion platforms or frameworks at
• Deep technical fluency in ETL/ELT design, data modeling, schema mapping, API-based and event-driven
• Familiarity with AI/ML-assisted data mapping, entity resolution, or automated schema inference to
• Direct experience with one or more enterprise data integration/migration platforms (e.g.
