📋 Description

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact web
• Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements
• Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user
• Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic
• Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, independently driving
• Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion rate optimization, and
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence, with experience aligning cross-functional
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, influence roadmap direction
• Experience creating scalable operational frameworks and documentation that improve organizational
