Workday System Developer

📋 Description

• Lead configuration of Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM, Talent
• Architect and guide development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new features with each Workday release
• Develop and own advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports in Workday
• Drive data quality and integrity standards across Workday and connected systems
• Own audit readiness through proactive reporting, documentation, and control frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or
• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday analyst or configuration experience
• Advanced, wide-ranging knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, ambiguous issues requiring in-depth evaluation
