Workplace Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent tenant improvement projects across Ripple's growing global
• Lead and manage outsourced delivery teams — architects, engineers, cost consultants, third-party
• Define the project charter and develop scope of work, budget, schedule, procurement and delivery
• Cross-functionally partner with Workplace Operations, IT/AV, Security, Legal, and Business Unit
• Lead bid leveling and participate in negotiating contract terms and commercial conditions with
• Own project budget and schedule end-to-end, developing and managing cost estimates, tracking spend

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing interior tenant improvement and commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or
• Proven track record managing projects with values ranging from $100K to $50MM and above.
• Demonstrated cost control experience including budget development, estimating, cost tracking
• Experience managing architects, engineers, general contractors, and cost managers, holding them
• Solid command of project management methodologies, principles, and best practices, with strong
