🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in consulting/financial services with delivery track record.
• Expertise in digital assets, blockchain, crypto, tokenization.
• Experience leading complex programs and multiple workstreams across business/tech.
• Proven business analysis: requirements management, process design, operating models.
• Deep understanding of wealth/asset management, capital markets, or payments.
