Account Executive

📋 Description

• Manage and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation
• Manage opportunities passed from SDRs and progress them through the sales cycle.
• Run discovery calls using the MEDDPICC framework to understand customer challenges and requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to position yourself as an informed and
• Deliver compelling, tailored product demos to key stakeholders.
• Manage deal negotiations and close new business to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experience closing SMB or mid-market deals.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce,Gong, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator
• Background in HR tech, workforce management, or SaaS preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as an SDR or BDR is a plus.
