• Test audiences, bids, messaging, creative, and landing pages.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing LinkedIn Ads in-platform.
• Experience with Meta, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• 3+ years in marketing, ideally B2B or high-growth tech.
• Comfort with large datasets in Excel/Sheets; identify trends.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization.
• Strong written and presentation skills; PowerPoint/Slides.
• Curious, proactive, and results-driven.
