📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering teams, ensuring
• Develop deep understanding of Robinhood back office operations and build partnerships with the desk
• Establish a cohesive vision for Clearing Operations-wide initiatives that span multiple teams
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting Clearing Operations —
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders
• Use data driven decision making to contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent program/project management skills with a demonstrated record of delivering results on
• Experience managing multiple projects at once, involving stakeholders across business units.
• 5+ years of experience in Brokerage Operations, ideally with a Clearing Broker-Dealer
• Strong understanding of clearing operations, with relevant experience in one or more areas of
• Self-motivated, with a bias for action while operating autonomously and driving execution
• Builds and sustains strong, trust-based relationships across a wide range of cross-functional teams
