Compensation Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute scalable compensation programs and processes, including compensation and equity
• Build dynamic compensation models and scenario analyses to support budgeting, workforce planning
• Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights related to compensation programs, trends
• Oversee compensation functionality and data in our systems and partner with HRIS and Analytics to

🎯 Requirements

• Five to seven years or more, of compensation or related experience
• A flexible, low-ego approach to building and scaling the function, comfortable operating across
• Experience managing compensation programs and annual cycles, including equity programs and/or other
• Strong analytical rigor and experience building dynamic models and scenario analyses
• Experience implementing and using compensation benchmarking data, market pricing methodologies
• A good understanding of RSUs and other equity offerings
