Corporate Development Associate

📋 Description

• Build and own first-draft financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash
• Maintain and manage the M&A and partnership deal pipeline, keeping records current and flagging
• Conduct initial screening of inbound and proactively sourced targets, assessing strategic fit, deal
• Manage workstreams end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR
• Prepare screening memos summarizing key facts, strategic rationale, and recommended next steps for
• Build and maintain presentation materials for leadership and board-level deal reviews, investment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate
• Strong financial modeling skills; you can build a model from scratch and defend every assumption
• Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the error before it goes to Sr. Leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Intellectually curious; you're a fast and eager learner with the demonstrated ability of being a
