📋 Description

• Lead recurring FP&A processes: forecasting, budgeting, monthly analyses
• Analyze results, KPIs, and communicate risks/opps to leadership
• Develop annual planning, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Identify cost improvements and process efficiency opportunities
• Drive standardization and scalable solutions for growth
• Design and build financial infrastructure to automate operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years in FP&A, IB, finance, or consulting
• Ability to work with peers and senior leaders
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgment
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Looker familiarity
