Crypto AML Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain oversight of shared services for financial crimes compliance.
• Collaborate with global AML Officers to align programs across entities.
• Advise Business, Legal, and Compliance on AML, sanctions, and fraud in crypto product lifecycle.
• Support licensing processes and ongoing compliance for state and international licenses.
• Serve as SME on AML and sanctions regulatory requirements; translate updates into actions.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and risk methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years AML and sanctions experience; 2+ years in crypto compliance.
• Fraud prevention knowledge; 1+ year crypto fraud typologies.
• Deep understanding of NYDFS Part 504 and crypto applications.
• Familiarity with EU/UK AML regs (MiCA, UK ML Regulations).
• Proficiency in SQL to extract compliance data and build reports.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones.
