Crypto Product Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with Product teams and other business partners, including Legal, Risk, and Operations
• Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes related to crypto products, including
• Develop appropriate compliance framework for new products.
• Review product features, customer communications, and marketing materials to support compliance
• Provide timely guidance to business partners on compliance questions, regulatory developments, and
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, and internal compliance reviews, including

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance for all and interest in crypto products and
• 7+ years of experience in financial services, including experience supporting crypto products
• Experience with brokerage products.
• Awareness of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance requirements related
• Experience advising on consumer protection requirements.
• Experience advising on DeFi projects.
