Crypto Risk Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform RCSAs across RHC processes; identify gaps and suggest enhancements.
• Assess crypto products and business changes for risk impact; propose mitigations.
• Prepare risk reports for governance forums and escalate as needed.
• Monitor and refine KRIs; develop new KRIs as products and risk evolve.
• Manage issue lifecycle from identification to remediation and closure.
• Partner with crypto ops, compliance, engineering, and enterprise risk teams for a consistent risk view.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in risk mgmt, financial services, or crypto/fintech ops.
• Deep understanding of risk mgmt policies and methodologies.
• Experience developing and monitoring KRIs and performing RCSA or similar assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present risk findings to stakeholders.
• GRC tools experience (LogicGate) and risk data systems.
• Bonus: crypto industry exposure; regulatory knowledge; SQL/Python/BI skills.
