📋 Description

• Serve as product counsel for Robinhood's onchain products, advising from concept through launch
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to evaluate legal and regulatory risk for new
• Review and edit commercial contracts in support of partnerships
• Work with legal and business partners to align legal strategy across the on-chain product suite
• Track and interpret crypto regulatory developments across jurisdictions, and translate them into

🎯 Requirements

• You have a securities, derivatives, or financial services legal background, with experience moving
• You bring 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantive work advising on
• You're comfortable operating across jurisdictions where regulatory guidance is still developing
• You explain legal and regulatory concepts clearly to non-legal partners in Product and Engineering
• You balance legal risk with the pace of a fast-moving product organization
• You have experience using the latest AI tooling for legal research and drafting
