Customer Onboarding Intern

📋 Description

• Assist Onboarding Managers with customer onboarding projects and day-to-day deliverables
• Create and update customer-facing presentations and onboarding materials
• Help build reporting views and organize performance data
• Support campaign analysis and identify key insights
• Assist with campaign and product-feed creation
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time senior or recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field
• Familiar with paid social advertising through coursework, internships or professional experience
• Experienced with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat (preferred but not required)
• Organized and interested in developing project-management skills
• Comfortable working with data and creating presentations

• Paid at $20 per hour for approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026
