Data & Analytics Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Set the enablement roadmap and define guardrails for safe self-service data use
• Design ways of working that enable G&A teams to answer data questions independently
• Partner with senior leaders across Finance and HR to embed data into planning cycles and decision
• Influence central Data, BI and Governance teams to shape platform capabilities
• Lift data and AI literacy across the function
• Build exemplar analytics experiences such as G&A scorecards and performance dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of designing and running enablement or change programmes that shifted data usage by
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Background in modern analytics stacks including SQL, cloud data warehouses, dbt, and Tableau
• Skill in translating complex data concepts into clear practical guidance
• Experience defining and tracking adoption, usage and outcome metrics
