📋 Description

• Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, product owners
• Identify the most impactful opportunities for product development based on user needs, and execute
• Define metrics and build the dashboards we use to measure the health and success of our products.
• Partner closely with other data scientists to inform, build and test hypotheses that deliver
• Contribute to a community of data scientists by evolving best practices and learning new skills.
• Maintain a culture of rigor and data-informed decision-making to drive tangible business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in a similar Data Science role.
• Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar
• Experience with product analytics, including crafting success metrics, performing exploratory
• Experience as a Data Scientist using experimentation to drive product development.
• Hands-on experience synthesizing insights from data using tools such as Python, DBT, BigQuery, SQL
• Strong communication skills and value building strong relationships with colleagues and partners as
