📋 Description

• Analyze Robinhood's strategic landscape, gather competitive and industry intelligence, and develop
• Manage transactions end to end, including sourcing, valuation, negotiation, diligence, and closing
• Lead deal evaluation meetings and drive decision-making with objectivity, diplomacy, and
• Cultivate relationships with founders, venture capital firms, and investment banks to build a
• Collaborate with business sponsors and leaders across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product, and
• Present opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private
• Track record of sourcing, leading, and closing complex technology acquisitions or strategic
• Exceptional analytical skills, including company valuation, financial modeling, and structured
• Ability to reason from first principles, using data and analysis to draw sound conclusions, with a
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building strong working relationships with
• Executive presence and outstanding written and verbal communication, including experience
