📋 Description

• Build automated tooling to take ownership of platform health
• Champion chaos engineering experiments and identify potential failures before they impact customers
• Coordinate incident management rituals and post-incident analysis
• Introduce load-shedding mechanisms to protect services
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators to automate storage resizing, alert provisioning, and
• Enhance telemetry pipelines to extract AWS-specific metrics and route actionable alerts to product

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in site reliability engineering or DevOps
• Experience diagnosing and strengthening distributed systems
• Practical experience managing containerised workloads in Kubernetes
• Experience running infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS
• Practical coding proficiency in Golang, Python, or C#
• Curiosity for applying modern AI tools to operational challenges
