📋 Description

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines across functions
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using market research
• Partner with recruiters and leaders to align on leadership profiles and pipelines
• Track candidate activity and workflows using Greenhouse, Gem, and exec platforms
• Analyze sourcing data and market trends to improve pipeline quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in executive search and talent advisory
• Experience identifying passive candidates from top industry players
• Partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate priorities into sourcing strategies
• Experience using sourcing tools (Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar) and ATS
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach
