FP&A Analyst GTM

📋 Description

• Be the Finance support to go-to-market (GTM) teams which could include Sales, Marketing, and/or
• Support annual planning for headcount, T&E, discretionary spending for GTM
• Meet regularly with the departments to understand budget vs. actual tracking and calibration
• Analyze sales performance (attainment / productivity, CAC payback) and/or marketing performance
• Partner with the Strategy team to ensure alignment of metrics and reporting
• Be a strategic contributor (in partnership with Strategy) for decisions around sales territory

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, equity research, FP&A or other
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels of management and cross-functionally
