GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for GTM data products and sales productivity tools
• Run the end-to-end product lifecycle for in-house tools, including writing requirements and user
• Establish the product operating model for intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and release
• Make build-versus-buy decisions through structured evaluations and business cases
• Lead AI product strategy, identifying and scaling AI-powered capabilities for Sales and Customer
• Define and track success metrics for tool adoption, data quality, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, data or analytics, product management
• Proven product management fundamentals, including writing PRDs and user stories
• Build-versus-buy judgment with experience in cost, speed, and scalability analysis
• Data fluency with SQL, data warehouses, and BI tools
• AI innovation interest and practical experience with AI-enabled workflows
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Data teams
