📋 Description

• Developing and executing the People Operations and Technology roadmap and priorities
• Leading and maturing people services and shared services capabilities
• Driving process simplification, automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Enhancing people systems, reporting and workforce data capabilities
• Partnering with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience
• Building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience across People Operations, HR Services or HR Shared Services
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Employment Hero, Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Strong Excel and analytical capability, with the ability to translate workforce data into insight
• Expertise in service delivery, process improvement and operational excellence
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to influence
