Immigration and Mobility Program Lead

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day immigration processes across the Americas, partnering with employees, candidates
• Coordinate U.S. immigration programs, including H-1B cap submissions, F-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1
• Manage domestic and international relocation programs for new hires and internal transfers
• Partner with Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Benefits, and People teams to address
• Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records in Workday, monitor critical deadlines, conduct
• Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders to monitor regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least six years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People Operations
• You have hands-on experience supporting immigration and employee relocation programs, with strong
• You understand the operational, tax, payroll, and compliance considerations associated with
• You have experience partnering with immigration counsel, relocation providers, and cross-functional
• You communicate complex processes clearly, manage competing priorities with sound judgment, and
• You use data to monitor program performance and recommend improvements, with experience supporting
