Investor Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of Robinhood's business, financial model, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with the IR team and cross-functional partners across Finance, Corporate
• Manage the quarterly earnings and monthly metrics reporting processes end-to-end
• Lead the creation of public disclosures, including the quarterly earnings release and presentation
• Help prepare the CEO and CFO for quarterly earnings calls, including prepared remarks and Q&A
• Lead ongoing IR marketing efforts and help prepare executives for investor conferences and non-deal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA and/or MBA preferred
• 5+ years at a public company, including hands-on investor relations experience
• Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers preferred
• Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the
