🎯 Requirements

Seven or more years of hands-on entity management experience
Practical experience with entity formation and maintenance in multiple countries
Direct experience with government agencies and company registries
Track record of working with Finance, Tax, and People teams
Proficiency with an entity management platform (Diligent Entities preferred)
Strong document and spreadsheet skills (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
