Manager of Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Play a leadership role in end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including daily payment
• Oversee two-way and three-way PO matching, invoice exception resolution, and vendor discrepancy
• Identify and lead automation initiatives — including AI and robotics-enabled solutions — to improve
• Design and implement logical, well-structured processes with clearly defined roles
• Establish and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks to support data-driven
• Independently research, analyze, and resolve non-routine issues, discrepancies, and policy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7–8 years of core Accounts Payable experience in a comparable business environment
• Hands-on experience with PO matching (2-way/3-way match), invoice exception handling, and vendor
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and
• Working knowledge of non-USD and manual payment processing, Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, and Form
• Proficiency with P2P, ERP, and corporate spend management tools — direct experience with Coupa
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reporting acumen
