📋 Description

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of Spotify creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, helping
• Support the growth of Fitness on Spotify by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-value and
• Develop a deep understanding of creators’ businesses and goals, connecting them with Spotify
• Use performance data and audience insights to advise creators on content strategy, audience
• Help shape Spotify’s creator strategy and partner approach for Fitness by bringing forward creator
• Develop and test new ways to support and engage creators, identifying successful approaches that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of partner-facing experience in creator or talent relations, account management, business
• Established relationships with podcasters and/or video creators and understand how to build
• Understanding of the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and move work forward in areas where the path may
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to develop a point of view, make
• Clear communication and ability to build credibility with creators, partners, and cross-functional
