Product Compliance Analyst, Money

📋 Description

• Provide compliance guidance on new products, features, and process changes.
• Review marketing materials, disclosures, and customer communications for regulatory accuracy.
• Review and coordinate responses to regulatory agency requests and escalated complaints.
• Perform QA reviews of Reg Z and Reg E disputes for regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Help develop, maintain, and implement compliance policies and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of compliance experience in consumer banking, credit cards, or regulated financial products.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial regulations: Regulation Z, Regulation E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA/Reg B.
• Experience reviewing marketing materials, customer communications, and product launches from a regulatory perspective.
• Experience supporting complaint management, audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
