Product Manager, Health Plans

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for H1's health plans product suite
• Conduct ongoing discovery with health plan stakeholders to surface unmet needs and translate them
• Partner with data science and engineering to improve provider data completeness, accuracy, and
• Define success metrics and own reporting on adoption, data quality, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with commercial and customer success teams to ensure product investments support
• Translate complex payer regulatory requirements into clear, prioritized product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B product management on data, analytics, or intelligence platforms in healthcare or
• Familiarity with health plan operations through product, consulting, or industry experience
• Comfortable working with data science and engineering on data quality, coverage, and accuracy
• Proven ability to run user research, synthesize findings, and convert them into actionable product
• Comfortable using data to validate product decisions; SQL or Python experience a plus
• Based in New York, NY, or willing to relocate (hybrid)

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000 to $135,000 per year based on experience
• Equity in the form of 2,800–3,500 RSUs
