Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle
• Build AI-powered workflows and agents
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for launches
• Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement
• Analyze and quantify product signals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related relevant experience
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
• Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership at the Director+ level
• Hands-on experience with product management and engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or
• Experience working in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority
