🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Android development
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java; strong MVVM and Android SDK
• Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow or RxJava, Retrofit, Room
• Strong collaboration and product-minded mindset
• Mentor peers; lead complex projects; influence architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
