📋 Description

• Build intuitive, stable Android experiences using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Lead features from ideation to release with quality checks
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists
• Champion best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Mentor junior developers and raise team standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Android development experience
• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java; Android SDK; MVVM
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines & Flow or RxJava
• Experience with Retrofit and Room libraries
• Strong collaboration and product-focused mindset
• Mentor peers, lead complex projects; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
