🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for corporate or business roles
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via research and outreach
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide clear pipeline updates
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to priorities
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting and testing new tools
