📋 Description

• Lead high-volume recruiting for the business org with strong sourcing strategies and scalable workflows.
• Source and engage candidates via targeted outreach, market research, and creative sourcing beyond job boards.
• Coordinate with recruiters on similar roles to align pipelines and interview progress.
• Establish clear recruiting workflows in evolving or undefined hiring environments.
• Use recruiting tech such as Greenhouse, Gem, and AI tools to organize pipelines and automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for high-volume roles.
• Strong sourcing experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Gem for sourcing campaigns, pipelines, analytics.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve research, sourcing, communication, and efficiency.
• Able to operate in changing-priority environments and build processes where none exist.
• Strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring partners toward shared goals.
