Senior Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Own compensation analytics and systems for base pay and incentives.
• Build scalable models to drive pay decisions and budgets.
• Run tooling/workflows for People/Recruiting; apply AI to improve ops.
• Manage analysis, systems, and program execution with ownership from day one.
• Based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL with in-person days.
• Partner with People, HRIS, Finance, and Legal for clean data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets.
• Hands-on HRIS, compensation data, and benchmarking tools.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation of analytical work.
• Experience administering broad-based and variable/incentive pay.
• Clear communication; translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
