🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in an engineering management role leading teams of 10 or more
Track record leading user-facing product development
Experience building or scaling zero-to-one products
Cross-functional partnership skills
Comfort presenting to senior leadership and C-suite
