Senior Fullstack Engineer - Messaging Platform

📋 Description

• Build and evolve Quicksilver UI, Spotify's multi-channel messaging platform, where operators
• Own frontend features end-to-end, from component design and implementation in React and TypeScript
• Work across the stack when needed, including debugging Java and Apollo services, evolving gRPC
• Support multi-market and localization workflows, helping creatives render reliably across locales
• Partner with product and design to shape features and improvements based on operator needs.
• Improve the developer experience through stronger testing infrastructure, build performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building complex web applications with TypeScript and modern UI frameworks, including
• Understanding of state management, GraphQL and Apollo, component-scoped styling, and reusable
• Experience building tools or platforms for internal users and caring about creating intuitive
• Comfort working across frontend and backend systems, including reading or modifying Java services
• Ability to work with Scala/Python when pipelines or APIs need attention and navigate cloud
• Thoughtful decisions about technical debt and clearly communicating tradeoffs between maintaining
