Staff Software Engineer - Frontend

📋 Description

• Use your expertise to design and deliver technology that will power the next generation of products
• Coach and develop engineers at various levels, from new university graduates to senior engineers
• Leading redesigns of significant parts of the Datadog product and website
• Owning core customer experiences, including the first-time user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience, including both effective communication of complex
• Running a high volume of experimentation and iteration cycles (A/B testing).
• Strong UI/UX intuition, adept at working closely with product design and product management
• You have led development of high-complexity, high-performance interactive browser applications
• Ability to bring best practices from across the world of software engineering and adapt them to the
