Staff Technical Recruiter, Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineers (backend, web, mobile), EMs, and TPMs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines with proactive outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide updates.
• Collaborate with peers to share pipeline insights and coordinate interviews.
• Evolve talent pipelines and processes across Portfolio Engineering.
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI sourcing tools to track candidates and improve outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research and outreach tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide clear updates on pipeline activity.
• Experience using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem).
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once with organized workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows with a focus on improving sourcing and engagement.
