🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative research experience
• Background in HCI, psychology, behavioral economics, anthropology, sociology
• Strong command of research methods and selecting the right approach
• Track record of research driving product and business impact
• Ability to bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
