Compliance Advisory Lead

📋 Description

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to support the design, launch, and iteration of
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations, such as UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc.
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence requests and ongoing compliance activities with sponsor banks and other
• Own, maintain, and continuously improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance, with deep experience in banking and
• Hands-on experience working with bank partners and engaging with state and federal regulatory
• Strong knowledge of applicable banking and consumer protection regulatory frameworks, including
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products in a
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, apply sound judgment, and communicate clearly on complex regulatory
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple
